JEE Main 2020- The Joint entrance exam will be conducted by the national test authority for the engineering programmes, with the help of this test candidates will get the admission into the National Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Technology and other CFTIs. JEE Main 2020 exam is compulsory for those candidates who want to appear for JEE Main advance test. The JEE main test is conducted twice in a year (January session & April Session) through online mode. JEE Main 2020 exam dates, allotted shifts details, Eligibility criteria, syllabus details, exam pattern have been announced NTA on its official website.

Highlights of JEE Main 2020

  • Candidates who want to appear for the JEE Main exam have to first check the JEE Main eligibility criteria.
  • The mode of the JEE Main Application form is completely online, it should be filled before the last date of the application form.
  • The JEE Main 2020 Admit card will release only for those candidates who filled the application on time.
  • The mode of the JEE Main 2020 exam is online.

JEE Main Application Form 2020

The JEE Main Application form 2020 for January session will be released on 2nd September 2019 and for April session the application form will be released on 7th February 2020. The mode of the application form is online, aspirants are required to submit the only one online application form. Submission of multiple application forms from one aspirant will get rejected. Candidates must go through the JEE Main eligibility criteria before filling up the application form. The application form fee will remain the same, candidates can pay the application fee through Debit card/Credit Card/Net banking, offline payment shall not be accepted by the exam conducting authority.

JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2020

  • The JEE Main Eligibility criteria contain different parameters like Age limit, Qualification, Number of attempts in the exam, Number of subjects in the qualifying exam and marks required in the qualifying exam.
  • Candidates who are appearing for JEE Main 2020 exam, must complete their 10+2 level exams.
  • The JEE Main 2020 Eligibility Criteria is an important thing which the candidates must check before moving to the application form filling section.
  • Candidate must know that there is a limit on the attempts for JEE Main 2020 exam. Only 3 attempts are available for the candidates after 3 attempts candidates will become ineligible for the exam.
  • There is no age limit to be eligible for JEE Main 2020. However, candidates need to pass 10+2 or the equivalent examination in 2019 or 2020.
  • Aspirants must have taken 5 subjects in their 12th class.
JEE Main Admit card 2020

JEE Main Admit card 2020 will be released on 6th december 2019 for January session and on 16th March 2020 for April session. The admit card will be provided through online mode, candidates can download the admit card from the official website by using their application number and date of birth. Admit card is a very important document, before downloading the admit card please make sure that all the information mentioned by the authority is correct. if you found any error contact immediately to the concerned authority.

JEE Main Syllabus 2020

The JEE Main syllabus will be released by the official authority along with the official brochure. The syllabus for JEE Main 2020 exam will remain the same if there are any changes in the syllabus we will update the information here itself. With the help of JEE Main 2020, syllabus candidates can make their study plan accordingly and follow it. Not only this, but syllabus of JEE Main 2020 will also help candidates to identify which topics are important and which are not.

JEE Main Exam Pattern 2020

  • Mode of the exam is online.
  • JEE Main paper is divided into 2 parts: Paper 1 is for B.tech/B.E programme and Paper 2 is for B.Arch. programme.
  • JEE main paper-1 is divided into 3 section Physics, chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Each section contains 30 questions so, the total number of question in exam is 90.
  • Each question carries 4 marks and for the right answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
  • Language of the paper is English.
